Global Citizen Festival

Ghana’s first-ever Global Citizen Festival feat Usher, Gyakie, H.E.R, Sarkodie, SZA, Stonebwoy, Tems & more.

Ghana’s first-ever Global Citizen Festival marks the 65th anniversary of the country’s independence. It’s in this spirit of self-determination and unity that Accra’s Global Citizen Festival at Black Star Square will bring together artists and world leaders to achieve an ambitious policy agenda focused on empowering girls and women, defending the planet, and creating change.

Global Citizen is the world’s largest movement of action takers and impact makers dedicated to ending extreme poverty NOW. The voices of millions of Global Citizens around the world are driving lasting change towards sustainability, equality, and humanity by taking action every day.

The Global Citizen Festival in Accra is taking place on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022, in Black Star Square. Stay tuned for gate times!
